These are the few things you need to get started.
Thing 1: An email address
..which you most probably should have.
You will need this for registeration at each of the sites you wish to join.
Thing 2: An AlertPay account
..which you can get by going here: www.alertpay.com
You will need this for receiving payments from most of the sites.
Extra thing: A PayPal account
..which you can get by going here: www.paypal.com
You may also be able to receive payments through this.
That's it! Now all you have to do is pick a few good sites to join, it happens that I have joined some which I listed here: PTC Sites.
